Maintain a high standard in the data quality in the CRM (up-to-date, accurate, …) and apply all company rules.Manage overall the “leads-to-orders” process through the company CRM, including possible leads qualification (if not by the representative), opportunity scoping, quotes production, quote strategy, negotiation, closing and clean-booking.Recommend specific marketing initiatives and campaigns in the assigned Sales Area (trade shows, open houses, e-mail blast, conferences, webinars etc.).Organize and secure equipment demonstrations for potential customers in one of the company demos centers.Secure a premium visibility of the company to potential prospects and suspects.Secure a good mindshare from the sale’s representatives by being in continuous touch, support them and have them well trained and motivated.Visit prospects and customers on a regular basis (in co-ordination with the representatives).Build up continuously the pipeline with new sales opportunities from new leads, prospects and suspects to nurture future business growth.Regularly monitor their activities and performance, teamwork in field activities and initiate all necessary actions to keep them performing Build up and maintain continuous stimulating and motivating relations with the representative’s sales force.Service their needs and initiate any necessary actions to secure their satisfaction and high retention rate Build up and maintain excellent business relations with existing customers in the Sales Area.Recommend a sales plan to achieve the sales objectives as well as to develop globally the business potential of the Sales Area.Accountable to achieve the yearly sales objectives in the assigned Sales Area.It will require to lead, manage, develop, and leverage all sales functions in the Sales Area in alignment with the company strategy and policies.
